We want you to love your Cuisova Prep Bowl. If something isn't right, here's how we'll fix it.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@cuisova.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once verified, we'll issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice. You won't need to ship anything back.
Change-of-mind returns
Not for you? No problem. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To start a return, email support@cuisova.com with your order number. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns can't be processed.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't refund items lost in return transit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your photo evidence is verified for damaged items), we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at support@cuisova.com and we'll investigate.
UK & EU customers
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including your right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding faulty goods.
