Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery times
- Standard shipping: 10–15 business days
- Express shipping: 6-10 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. Occasionally, carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods may extend delivery times slightly — we appreciate your patience.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@cuisova.com and we'll chase it up.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll either reship your order or issue a full refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email support@cuisova.com immediately — we can usually correct it if the order hasn't shipped.
Customs & import duties
Orders shipped to the UK and US are not typically subject to additional customs charges at our current price point. In the rare event a customs fee applies, it is the customer's responsibility.
